Tom Kha Gai Soup

3-4 chopped hot chili peppers
1-1 1/2 lb. of cubed cooked chicken
1/4 cup of Thai sweet chili sauce

Turkey and Stuffing

Take your turkey out of the freezer 3 days before you are going to cook it and place in your fridge to thaw out.

Baking Powder Biscuits

2 cups of white flour ( half  white and half  whole wheat)
4 tsp. of baking powder
1/2 tsp. of salt
1/3  cup of soft butter or canola oil
3/4 cup of milk (1%, 2%, or whole milk)
1 cup of sharp or medium grated cheese (optional)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Mix dry ingredients
Stir in milk
Form dough into a ball

Yogurt Blueberry Bran Muffins

1 cup of brown sugar
1  cup of bran
1 cup of rolled oats
3 tsp. of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
2  cups of plain yogurt
2 eggs
1 cup of oil
2 tsp.  of vanilla
2 Tbsp. of molasses
1 1/2 cups of blueberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray muffin tin with cooking spray
