1 large salmon fillet(3-4 lbs)
3 lemons
1/4 cup of butter
1 med. onion sliced thin
garlic powder
smoked paprika
pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place a extra long piece of foil
on a full size cookie sheet.
Add spices, butter, thinly sliced onions
and lemons to both sides of the salmon on foil.

Chicken Stew and Dumplings
6-8 boneless skinlessĀ chicken thighs
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1.36 L. of chicken broth
8 Tbsp. of flour
1 medium sliced onion
5 peeled sliced carrots
1 small turnip peeled and cubed
6 medium peeled and cubed potatoes
2 stalks of slicedĀ celery

1 1/2 lbs of ground beef ( browned)
2 small tins of tomato paste
1 large tin of crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. of salt
1 Tbsp. basil
2 tsp. of oregano
2 cloves of crushed garlic
