Chocolate Floating Pudding

2 cups of flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup of white sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa
4 Tbsp. of butter
2 tsp. of vanilla 1 cup of milk
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
Stir in milk and vanilla
Pour into a 9×13 greased cake pan
Topping
3 cups of boiling water
3 Tbsp. of cocoa
1 1/2 cups of sugar
Stir well and slowly pour on cake
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Its best served hot with ice cream or
whipping cream. I don’t ice this cake but I sometimes grate chocolate on top
when its hot out of the oven or pour a little bit of chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
