2  1/2 cups of butter

1 egg

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 1/2 cups of flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp pf baking soda

1/2 cup of white sugar

Pinch of salt

Blend together butter and peanut butter

Add sugars and mix well

Add beaten egg, flour, soda and salt

Stir well

Roll into balls and press with fork

Bake at 350 F for 8 -10 minutes

This is the peanut butter cookie recipe I made

for my Kids. They didn’t last long. When they

came home from school with their friends you

could hardly bake them fast enough. Some of

the friends would come for cookies even when they

knew my Kids were out .
