Shortbread Cookies
4 cups of flour
1 lb. of butter
1 cup of cornstarch
1 cup of icing sugar
1/2 tsp. of salt
Soften the butter at room temp.
Mix well and knead.
Roll and cut into circles.
Bake at 300 degrees F for 10 min.
