1 1/2 cups of sugar

1 cup of butter

2  eggs
2 3/4 cups of flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. of cream of tartar
1/4 tsp of salt

Roll and cut into shapes for Christmas
or Halloween. Bake at 350 degrees for
10-12 min. I always made these cookies
with my Kids for holidays. They always
looked forward to this tradition. Decorate
with icing and candy.
