Baked Salmon

1 large salmon fillet (3-4 lbs)
3 lemons
1/4 cup of butter
1 med. onion sliced thin
garlic powder
smoked paprika

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place a extra long piece of foil
on a full size cookie sheet.
Add spices, butter, thinly sliced onions
and lemons to both sides of the salmon on foil.
Wrap tight with a double layer of foil.
Bake in the oven for 40 min.
Flip salmon over after 20 min.
Your salmon is done when it is light pink
all the way threw. I usually serve this with
rice, vegetables, and lemon wedges.
