Banana Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Breakfast Cups

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Place 12 paper cups in a  muffin tin

Spray muffin tin and paper cups with cooking spray

This recipe makes 12

2 large ripe bananas mashed

2 eggs

1/4 cup of sugar free maple syrup or regular maple syrup

1 cup of almond milk or milk of your choice

1/4 cup of coconut oil melted

3 cups of rolled oats

1 tsp. of ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp of salt

1 tsp. of baking powder

2 tsp. of vanilla or maple extract

1 cup of chocolate chips

Add all ingredients into a large bowl. Stir well and place

in cups evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes.

These are great for breakfast or a snack! Plus they freeze

really well.
