Heat oven to 400 degrees
1/2 cup of old grated cheese
1 1/4 cups of flour
1/3 cup of avocado or canola oil
1/8 tsp. of cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp. of salt
Roll out and cut. Sprinkle with salt.
Bake 8 -10 minutes
Bake when you are home alone or they will
be gone as you take them out of the oven.
