Chocolate Floating Pudding

2 cups of flour

4 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. salt

1 cup of white sugar

6 Tbsp. cocoa

4 Tbsp. of butter

2 tsp. of vanilla
1 cup of milk

This cake is like a moist hot brownie with a thick chocolate syrup on the bottom.
If you like chocolate, you will love this cake.

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl

Stir in milk and vanilla

Pour into a 9×13 greased cake pan

Topping

3 cups of boiling water

3 Tbsp. of cocoa

1 1/2 cups of sugar

Stir well and slowly pour on cake

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Its best served hot with ice cream or
whipping cream.  Top with shaved chocolate and raspberries or chocolate syrup and strawberries.
This chocolate desert is requested at many of our Family dinners threw out the year. This would
make a great Valentine desert as well. Half the recipe for a dinner for two.
