Dark Chocolate Brownies (Gluten Free)

2 1/2 cups of icing sugar
200 grams (1 cup+ 2 Tbsp.)of ground almonds
2/3 of cup of premium cocoa (Rodelle)
1/2 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
2 tsp. of vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 8×8 baking pan
Mix together all ingredients.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

They are so good you do not even need icing, The best part is there is no flour.
We like to have these with creme brullee ice cream and chocolate sauce.
