Easy Chicken & Rice Casserole

1 cup of long grain rice

12 raw chicken thighs

2 cans of mushroom soup

1 soup can of milk

1/2 soup can of water

1 diced green pepper

Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease or spray a 9 x 13 pan

Sprinkle rice in the pan

Place the chicken evenly on top of the rice

Mix rest of ingredients and pour over all

Cover with tin foil

I have made this for years. It is really easy!
Perfect for a cold winter day.

Bake for 1 – 1/2 hours
