Homemade BBQ Burgers

1 lb. of lean ground beef

1 Tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbsp. of avacado or olive oil

1 egg

1/3 of a cup of bread crumbs or rolled oats

1 tsp. of Hy’s seasoning salt

1/2 tsp. of salt

1 tsp. of pepper

2  tsp. of basil

1 tsp. of garlic powder

Shape into patties

Cook on grill until the internal temperature

is 160 degrees.

If you are making a large batch of burgers, press the

ground beef mixture onto a cookie  sheet. Use a round

burger maker (Tupperware) or a large round cup

to make into burgers.
