2 – 8 0z. pkg. cream cheese (soft)
3 cups of grated cheddar
2 tsp. of dill weed
1/2 cup of chopped green onion
1 cup of mayonnaise
2 – 6 0z. cans of shrimp
2 – 6 oz. cans of crab
2 loaves of bread (sourdough)

Hollow out 1 loaf of bread
Cut up the second loaf for dipping
Soften cream cheese in microwave for easy mixing
Mix in the rest of the ingredients
Save some of the grated cheese & green onion for the top
Add filling into bread bowl
Wrap in tin foil and place on a cookie sheet
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour
The dip freezes very well.
