1 small 85 gram pkg. of lemon jello
1 small 85 gram pkg. of lime jello
2 cups of boiling water
2 cups of miracle whip or mayonnaise
1 500 gram container of dry cottage cheese
1 370 ml. can of evaporated milk
Dissolve the jello in the boiling water. Cool
in the fridge to room temperature. Add rest
1 cup of chopped cucumber
1 cup of chopped celery
5 chopped green onions
1 398 ml can of crushed pineapple
This is a really good salad for a holiday dinner with 15 – 20 people.
Let set for 2 or more hours. I usually make this the day before a dinner.
