Snicker This my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe
1 cup shortening or butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla or maple extract
1/2 cup of cornstarch
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup chocolate chips
If you really want a chocolate fix: Stir in 4 tbsp of cocoa
Cream butter and sugar together
Stir in eggs and extract of your choice.
Add flour, cornstarch, salt, and baking soda
Stir well, then fold in the chocolate chips.
Grease your cookie sheet with either a cooking spray or
spread a small amount of butter onto pan.
Drop 1 tsp balls onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 350F oven (180C) for 10 to 15 minutes.
