Pumpkin Pie Dessert

Crust

1/2 of a cup of oatmeal

1 cup of flour

1/2 of a cup of brown sugar

1/2 of a cup of softened butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Spray or grease a 9 x 13 pan

Bake for 12 minutes

Pumpkin Filling

2 cups of pumpkin

1 cup of cream or half & half

2 eggs

3/4 of a cup of sugar

1/2 tsp. of salt

1/2 tsp. of ginger

1 tsp. of cinnamon

1/4 tsp. of cloves

Beat until mixed well.

Pour over base

Bake 35 more minutes

This is great for Thanksgiving  or Christmas!

Serve with whipped cream or ice cream
