Smoked Salmon Caper Appetizer

Base

1 250 gram pkg. of cream cheese

1/2 a cup of mayonnaise

2 tsp of lemon juice

Salt (optional)

Spread onto tray

Serve with crackers

Toppings

Add 1 – 1 1/2 cups smoked salmon pieces

White onion thinly sliced

Capers

Soften the cream cheese in the microwave

Stir in rest of base ingredients

Add rest of ingredients in order given

I used one pie plate and 1 small dinner plate. When I’m making this for more people, I would use a 12 to 14 inch round tray.
