1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of wheat bran
1 cup of rolled oats
2 cups wh. wheat flour
4 tsp. of baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. of baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
2 cups of plain yogurt
2 eggs
1 cup of canola oil
2 tsp. of vanilla
5 Tbsp. of molasses
1 1/2 cups of blueberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray 2 muffin tins with cooking spray
Add ingredients in order given
Stir before adding wet ingredients
Fold in blueberries last
This recipe makes 24 medium sized muffins
Bake for 20 – 25 Min’s.
